Why this banqueting trolley earns its place
The JC859 sits in the useful middle of the Roll’Service 1/1GN range: enough capacity for serious service, without stepping up to the largest 20-tray cart. It holds up to 15 full-size 1/1GN trays before service, then moves with the food so a kitchen is not tied to one fixed hot cupboard or one serving point.
Tournus uses fan-assisted heating to hold a consistent 60-85°C, which is exactly the kind of control a banqueting team needs when food is cooked, loaded, transported and then served to a room. The cabinet accepts 1/1GN trays up to 65mm deep, giving practical pan depth for prepared dishes while keeping the load in a standard gastronorm format.
The solid stainless steel door is the right choice when heat retention and robust back-of-house handling are the priority. Both the interior and door are thermally insulated, helping to reduce heat loss, support quicker heat-up and avoid wasting energy while the cart waits in the service route. The interior itself is 304 grade stainless steel, so it is built for the repeated loading, wiping and cleaning that banqueting equipment has to survive.
