The ScanBox Banquet Line ExP HF12 is a heated holding and transport trolley for hot food that has to move between kitchen and service without losing the rhythm of the event. It is aimed squarely at banquets, functions and event catering, where prepared dishes need to be loaded, moved, held and served with as little fuss as possible.
This Banquet Line version gives useful capacity for larger services: up to 24 full-size 1/1 GN trays or 12 double-size 2/1 GN trays, according to the manufacturer. The heated compartment includes adjustable ventilation, so staff can manage moisture as well as warmth, and the front-top temperature control display keeps control visible where it is easy to reach.
Inside, the HF12 is built for repeated loading and cleaning. Detachable U-shaped runners help with safe tray handling and cleaning access, while the anodised aluminium cavity is smooth, hygienic and fully sealed without internal welds or rivets. Precision-moulded PPE insulation helps protect food temperature and safety when the trolley is not plugged into power.
