The ScanBox Banquet Line ExP CC12 is for chilled food that has to travel properly: starters, desserts, salads, plated cold courses and prepared buffet items moving from kitchen to function room. ScanBox states room for up to 24 full-size 1/1 GN trays or 12 double-size 2/1 GN trays, giving a service team enough space for substantial chilled production in one mobile unit. The front-top temperature control display keeps operation easy to see and adjust, and the precision-moulded PPE insulation helps protect food temperature when the trolley is away from power.
The interior is deliberately clean in the practical sense, not just the showroom sense. The anodised aluminium cavity is smooth, hygienic and fully sealed, with no welds or rivets inside, and the detachable U-shaped runners make tray handling and cleaning simpler. Those runners are also designed to support temperature distribution through the trolley.
