Why this banqueting trolley earns its place
A heated banqueting trolley is the answer when you need to move hot food without stopping to serve it. The Combisteel trolley holds 17 × 1/1 GN pans (the industry standard for buffet and banquet trays), keeping them at +30 to +90 °C as you roll from prep kitchen to the dining room. At 515 mm wide, 780 mm deep and 1763 mm tall, it is tall and narrow — built to roll between tables and through kitchen doors without wasting floor space. The gross volume is 290 litres, which is enough for a full buffet or course service without needing a second trolley.
Built in AISI 304 stainless steel (food-safe and hard-wearing), the trolley sits on lockable castors so it stays put when you stop to serve, then rolls freely when you need to move. Gross weight is 99 kg, which is substantial enough to hold full GN pans of hot food without tipping, but the castors are rated to handle it. Inside dimensions are 395 × 650 × 1430 mm, which fits the 17 GN pans in the standard configuration.
Power demand is 800 W at 230 V — much lower than a static cupboard because this is designed to hold temperature during a service, not to heat from cold. The locked castors keep it stable during plating, and the mobility means you can stage the whole course in the kitchen, roll it to the dining area, and serve directly.
