Why this banqueting trolley earns its place
The JB577 is the compact Buffalo banquet cabinet for kitchens that need proper hot holding without committing to a full-height trolley. It takes seven 1/1 GN trays, giving caterers, venues and canteens a mobile holding point for cooked food between the kitchen, the pass and the service area.
Buffalo has built the cabinet around practical service problems. The 1.2kW heat system is supported by integrated fan circulation, so heat is moved around the cabinet rather than left to sit in pockets. That matters when the door is opened through a busy service: the unit is designed for quick heat-up and rapid recovery, helping batches stay ready for plating or buffet replenishment.
Food quality gets attention too. A removable water tray helps maintain humidity, reducing the risk of food drying out during holding. The controls are deliberately straightforward, so staff can use the cabinet for day-to-day hot holding and transport without turning service into a training exercise.
