Why this ambient display earns its place
The Lincat Seal GC46 is the open-access version of the four-tier Seal glass cabinet. It gives cafes, bakeries and grab-and-go counters a smart ambient display for confectionery, cakes and pastries, with no rear doors to slow staff down when the same person is serving, restocking and reworking the cabinet through the day.
The cabinet keeps the visual side clean: toughened safety glass throughout, polished glass edges and good all-round visibility help the stock do the selling. A sturdy thick base and strong stainless steel shelf support brackets add the rigidity a countertop cabinet needs in daily service.
Inside, the GC46 has four removable shelves. The manufacturer states generous shelf spacing and shelf height, so the layout is useful for a mix of food and non-food items rather than being limited to very flat display.
