The DR030 is a wall table with an upstand—that integrated backsplash running the length of the surface. In a service line, an upstand stops spillage running back down the wall, contains mess, and tells your team where the work boundary is. At 1500mm wide and 650mm deep, it's substantial enough for plating, sauce work, or holding prepared items, without eating into your floorspace the way a centre table does.
Made from 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, the entire piece—top and upstand—is one cohesive unit. It arrives fully assembled and mounts to your wall. At 17.5 kg, it's manageable to position, and the feet allow you to slide it if you ever need to adjust layout or access the wall behind.
The upstand height is deliberately modest—high enough to catch splashes and contain small items, low enough that you can work over it comfortably without awkward reaching. The satin finish on both the work surface and upstand hides water marks and minor wear, keeping the line looking sharp between deep cleans.
