Both bowls together hold 48 litres—each one sized for full trays and large pots. The right-hand drainer positions your drainage outlet away from the prep side, letting you move clean stock left-to-right without plumbing in your way. Made by Holmes and finished in satin 304 stainless steel, it's built to take the pace of high-volume kitchens.
