Why this single bowl sink earns its place
This sink is built for kitchens that work twelve hours a day, every day. The bowl is 250mm deep—deep enough that you can actually soak and scrub pans, not just splash water over them. The left-hand drainer gives you working space on the right, which is where most chefs stand. The inclined drainer surface isn't decoration; it's designed so water runs off properly and pans don't pool and rot on the surface.
The material is AISI 304 stainless steel, the grade used in food prep tables and professional dishwashers. It resists the corrosion that comes from constant contact with salt, citric acid and chlorine-based sanitisers. This sink will outlast cheaper grades by years. At 1200mm wide and 600mm deep, it takes up real space, but that's the point—you need that width to work two tasks at once (washing on one side, rinsing on the other).
What matters is the engineering below the bowl. A stainless steel undershelf means you have storage directly under the sink—ingredients, small equipment, sanitiser bottles, all within reach without leaving your station. At 900mm standing height, the working surface is set to standard commercial ergonomics. You're not bending or reaching; the sink meets you at the right level. The whole unit comes as a complete package: stand, shelf, taps and waste included. You don't assemble this from pieces and discover halfway through that one connection is missing.
