Why this sink tap earns its place
Leave a tap running in a busy public washroom and it stays running — that's the problem the KWC DVS F3S is built to solve. It's a self-closing pillar tap: push the top down, water flows, and after a set duration it closes on its own. No lever left open by the last person out, no dripping between cleans, just water on demand and off again without anyone having to think about it.
Being a pre-mixed tap, the F3S runs from a single mixed-temperature supply rather than needing separate hot and cold feeds plumbed to the fitting — one connection, one point of failure less, and a simpler job for whoever's installing it.
It's built in stainless steel with a silver finish, so it shrugs off the condensation, splashing and constant hand contact that a washroom tap gets all day, and it stays looking clean between visits from the cleaning crew. The footprint is compact — 192mm high, 54mm wide, 120mm deep, and just 1.05kg — so it sits neatly on a basin without crowding the space, and it's light enough to handle during installation or a swap-out.
