Why this sink tap earns its place
Hand wash points get more foot traffic than almost anything else in a commercial kitchen, and a tap you have to grab with wet or dirty hands works against the whole point of washing them. The Aquarius solves that by being sensor operated — no touch points required, so hands go under the water and away again without contact, which is exactly the kind of detail that makes a real difference to hygiene standards in a working kitchen.
It's built in stainless steel with a silver finish, so it matches the rest of a stainless wash station and holds up to constant use without looking tired. Flow is integrated rather than left to chance: it dispenses up to five litres of water a minute, giving a proper wash without running excessively — useful both for hygiene and for keeping water use sensible on a busy site.
Installation is straightforward: it comes with a 15mm PEX hose included, and at 200mm with a compact 70mm-high, 50mm-wide, 240mm-deep footprint and a gross weight of just 1.15kg, it fits into wash stations without demanding extra space or heavy fitting work.
