Why this wall shelve earns its place
The Vogue 900mm shelf is built for serious kitchens where things get loud. Full stainless steel construction, no compromises — the shelf itself is 1mm+ steel, welded at the back to the mounting bracket, and underneath sit rubber-based sound-deadening pads. When you set down a Hotel pan, you hear a thud, not a clang that echoes through service.
At 900mm wide and 300mm deep, it tucks under a window or along a prep wall without eating the room. The 50kg rating per shelf is not a stretch — you're looking at 8–10 Hotel pans stacked, or a reasonable mix of small equipment, mixing bowls, and prep containers. The depth is tight enough that bottles and jars won't tip, but deep enough to hold a full-size GN pan from front to back without overhang.
Hygiene is built in, not retrofitted. Stainless steel is non-porous; nothing soaks into it, and it cleans hot. No seams on the shelf surface itself, just the back welds, which are filed smooth and smooth enough that a dry cloth or spray cleaner takes off grease in seconds. The undersides of the pads muffle vibration, so moving equipment around at 2 a.m. won't wake the dining room.
