Why this product earns its place
A pie cabinet is a display hot-box that sits between the pass and service. Load it with ready items — pies, pasties, filled pastries, baked goods — and it holds them at the right temperature under glass. Your customer sees what's ready to order, and you hold stock at service temperature without it drying out or cooling.
The temperature range is wide on purpose. Set at 30°C, you're holding bakery items or pastries just above room temperature — warm enough to taste good, cool enough to stay fresh. At 90°C, you're hot-holding cooked pies and baked goods ready to plate. The visible display lets front-of-house see stock levels and temperature without opening the door and losing heat. Five removable shelves with 91 mm spacing give you flexibility: load deep trays across two shelves, or pack smaller items tight.
Stainless steel and toughened glass are the materials because they take this job. Glass is tempered so it won't shatter under the heat cycle; stainless won't rust or stain when condensation and heat cycle daily. The removable crumb tray catches what falls through during service — pull it, empty it, wash it, put it back. No mess inside the cabinet.
