Why this footstool earns its place
The Cylinder is a simple round stool built around a solid rubber wood frame, with a faux leather seat pad finished in Juniper — a green colourway with enough presence to lift a corner of a room rather than disappear into it. It's sold in a pack of two, so one order kits out a pair of spots in one go: either side of a low table, either end of a bar corner, wherever you need a quick extra perch.
At 470 × 350 × 430mm, it's a compact, low-profile piece — sized more like a footstool than a full-height bar stool, which makes it useful in exactly the situations a taller chair doesn't suit: tucked under a low table, offered as an extra perch in a waiting area, or used as a footrest alongside lounge seating.
Weight is 8kg, light enough that staff can move it around a room as the layout changes through a shift, without it ever feeling flimsy underfoot. The faux leather seat wipes clean quickly between covers, and the rubber wood frame is built to the same durable standard as the rest of Everyday's commercial furniture range.
