Why this footstool earns its place
The cylinder shape is the whole idea here — a simple round drum of a stool that drops into a corner, a gap at the end of a bar, or a cluster of low seating without needing to be squared up against anything. No arms, no back rail to catch on a passing tray, just a clean round footprint at 470 × 350 × 430mm.
That drum is upholstered in faux leather rather than fabric, finished in a deep garnet red that gives it real presence as a colour accent rather than disappearing into the background. Faux leather earns its place in hospitality settings for a reason: it wipes down easily and shrugs off the kind of daily contact fabric seating can't. Underneath, the frame is solid rubber wood, and at 8kg gross per pack it has a reassuring, settled weight to it rather than feeling flimsy.
Supplied as a pack of two, you get a matched pair in one order, which suits dotting them around in twos — either side of a low table, either end of a run, or as a pair of accent pieces in a lounge or waiting area where you want a splash of garnet without committing to a whole seating scheme in it.
