Why this high bar stool earns its place
This is Everyday's Classic High Bar Stool — a traditional turned-leg design with a metal foot rest, finished with a black, diamond-quilted padded seat. It's the kind of stool that turns up in cosy country pubs and trendy city bars alike, because the shape itself is a proven one: high enough for bar-height tables, with a rest for tired feet and enough padding in the seat that customers actually want to stay on it.
The frame is rubber wood, jointed with mortice and tenon rather than dowels or screws alone, and every joint is glued and screwed on top of that for extra strength — the sort of build detail that matters when a stool is being pulled out, sat on hard, and pushed back in dozens of times a night. Supplied as a matched pair, each stool stands 770mm high and 345mm wide, with a gross weight of 6.21kg.
The black diamond-quilted fabric seat keeps the look tidy against most bar and counter finishes, and the rubber wood frame takes the daily knocks of a working bar far better than a lighter, glued-only construction would.
