Why this sidechair earns its place
The Bia B is built around a colour-block finish rather than a slatted back, with faux leather upholstery covering both the seat and the back — not just a seat pad — so it reads as a fully dressed chair rather than a bare stacker with padding bolted on. It's a genuinely stacking chair that still looks intentional on the floor.
This colourway pairs a Blue faux leather upholstery with a Beech-finished frame, giving it a brighter, more contemporary feel than a darker stain would — a good fit for venues wanting some colour in the dining room without going bold with pattern. Both the seat and back upholstery is fully CRIB5 fire-retardant to a contract grade and easy to wipe clean, which matters given the whole chair, not just the seat, is upholstered.
Underneath, the frame is solid wood, built from robust hardwood specifically for contract use, so it's constructed to take the punishment of a working dining room — constant use, being pulled in and out from tables, leant on, moved night after night.
