Why this sidechair earns its place
The Asti in walnut takes the same sidechair shape as the rest of the range and gives it a darker, richer frame finish — a solid rubber wood build with a walnut tone that suits a dining room going for something a touch more traditional than a pale oak finish. The seat and back are padded and upholstered in blue fabric, so the comfort is there alongside the look; this is a proper dining sidechair, not a stacking banquet chair pressed into dining service.
It's part of the Asti range, built by Everyday as a wood-framed sidechair with a wood frame under the padded upholstery — a combination that gives it more presence than a bare bentwood chair while staying practical enough for a working dining room rather than a showroom.
Each chair measures 860 × 460 × 430mm, and it's sold in a pack of 2, which is how dining rooms plan seating in practice — table by table, in pairs, rather than as odd singles. At a gross pack weight of 5.12kg, it's light enough for staff to lift and reset a room quickly between sittings, without feeling insubstantial once someone's sat down in it.
