Why this bar height table base earns its place
This is a bar-height table base built to solve the two things that actually wreck a standing or poseur table area: wobble and clutter. The interlocking base design and flip-top mechanism mean that once the doors close, the base folds down and takes up a fraction of the floor space it needs during service — useful anywhere front-of-house real estate has to earn its keep after hours.
The engineering underneath is the real story. The SX26 uses PAD (Patented Actuator Device), a self-stabilising hydraulic system that automatically corrects for rough or bumpy ground, so there's no packing a beer mat under a leg or nudging tables around trying to find the one flat spot. Move the table and it re-stabilises itself, which also means a run of tables lines up level with its neighbours — genuinely handy when you're trying to get a row of poseur tables looking sharp for a busy bar.
Built in black aluminium, it's finished at bar height (1035mm) and weighs a manageable 7.6kg, light enough to fold, lift and store without a second pair of hands. The 375mm (15") top plate is sized to carry tabletops up to 650mm (26") square or 750mm (30") round, so it covers the sizes typically used for standing and poseur tables. It's rated for indoor and outdoor use and backed by a 1-year warranty.
