Why this standard height table base earns its place
Big tabletops expose small floor problems. A slight dip or lift under one leg of a base rated for a large top shows up as a very obvious wobble across the whole surface — and that's precisely what the KX36 is built to eliminate. It's a standard dining-height base made from cast iron, with a substantial 4" post and an oversized 445mm (17") top plate sized to genuinely support large tops rather than just tolerate them.
At its core is PAD (Patented Actuator Device), a self-stabilising hydraulic system that continuously corrects for rough or bumpy ground, so there's no shimming a leg or hunting for the one level spot on the floor. Move the table and it re-stabilises itself automatically — which matters just as much for keeping several tables aligned with each other as it does for stopping a single one wobbling.
Rated to support tabletops up to 1200mm (47") square or 1500mm (60") round, this is a base built specifically for restaurants, bars and venues that regularly seat larger groups on bigger tables rather than standard two- and four-tops. It stands at 720mm dining height, weighs 20.5kg for a solidly planted footprint, and comes finished in black with a 1-year warranty.
