The Extrema is a laminate table top built to look far more precious than it behaves. Finished in Carrara marble, it brings the elegant, veined look of the real stone to a table setting, but without the weight, the sealing or the staining worries that come with actual marble. At 690mm in diameter and just 12mm thick, it has a slim, slick profile that reads as considered rather than heavy-handed.

It's stain resistant, UV resistant and heat resistant, and stands up to abrasions and impacts far better than its slender profile suggests — the kind of durability that matters on a table that gets wiped, knocked and used every single day. Because it resists UV and heat as well as knocks and stains, this top is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so the same round tabletop can furnish a covered terrace as easily as a dining room. It fits together with a table base via an EASYFIX system, making it straightforward to mount. At 8.28kg, it has enough weight to sit securely once fitted without being unwieldy to handle during install.
