Why this table top earns its place
This is the rectangular sibling in the Extrema line, sized at 1190x690mm to seat more people around one surface — a booth, a bench table or a long communal spot rather than a two-top. It carries the same textured cement finish as the rest of the range, giving it an understated industrial edge that suits a converted warehouse café just as well as a bar terrace.
The extra footprint doesn't cost anything on durability. Extrema tops are stain resistant, UV resistant and heat resistant, and hold up against abrasions and impacts far better than a standard laminate surface — which is why the range is rated for indoor and outdoor use rather than confined to a dining room. That matters more, not less, on a bigger table that's likely to see heavier daily traffic.
At 12mm thick and 14.28kg, it's noticeably more substantial than the square version simply by virtue of size, so it's worth two people handling it when fitting it to a base — helped along by the EASYFIX system built into the range. Low maintenance is still the theme: no special products, just a genuinely hard-wearing surface that wipes clean.
