Why this table earns its place
This is Bolero's contract-standard centre-folding table — a 1830mm (6ft) round top in white high density polyethylene on a powder-coated steel frame, built for the kind of catering and banqueting work where the same table has to seat a full party one day and disappear into a store cupboard the next. The centre-fold mechanism is the point of it: rather than needing trestles or a separate flat-pack build, the whole 1830mm top folds around its middle, so one table goes from full size to a fraction of the footprint for transport or storage.
Seating eight around a 1830mm diameter, it's sized for round-table events — weddings, functions, banqueting suites — where guests need to sit and talk face to face rather than down a long trestle line. The polyethylene top is rated for indoor and outdoor use, so it works a marquee or a terrace as readily as a function room, and it wipes down between sittings without the surface concerns a timber top would bring outdoors.
At 30.2kg it's a genuine contract-weight table rather than a lightweight domestic fold-up — solid underfoot with a full party seated round it, but still built to fold and move by the people who set up and strike events for a living. It's self-assembly out of the box, then folds for storage and transport from that point on.
