Why this table top earns its place
This is a table top on its own — no base included — built in high density woodchip with a heat-sealed decor surface, which is the part that actually earns its keep in a working kitchen or dining room. That sealed surface is what makes it heat and water resistant, so hot plates, spilled drinks and the daily wipe-down don't leave a mark on the crisp white finish.
It's a 600mm square, 30mm thick, which covers most two-top café and bistro seating without overhanging a standard base. Pre-drilled holes mean fitting it to a base is a five-minute job with your own fixings — no measuring up or drilling required on site. For delivery it packs down to 45 × 655 × 715mm and weighs 5.4kg.
Assembly here just means mounting the top to a base of your choice; the top itself needs no building. It's rated for indoor use, and the crisp white finish reads clean and contemporary against most flooring and chair combinations.
