Why this table top earns its place
The Bolero round table top is a standalone piece designed to pair with Bolero table bases—it comes pre-drilled for quick installation. At 580mm diameter, the dark granite-effect finish delivers contemporary sophistication, especially in modest or casual venues looking for visual elevation without high spend.
The core is tempered glass with a powder-coated aluminium edge. Tempered glass is dramatically stronger than standard glass—when it breaks, it shatters into small, relatively safe nuggets rather than sharp shards, a genuine safety advantage in busy service. The dark granite finish resists stains and scratches, and the surface can handle temperatures up to 180°C, so hot plates and serving dishes won't scald the finish or compromise durability.
The pre-drilling matters: this isn't a jury-rigged assembly. The holes align precisely with Bolero bases, so setup is plug-and-play. For venues running a fleet of Bolero furniture, it simplifies stock and logistics. The flexibility to mix and match—dark granite tops with your choice of base finish—lets you create curated looks without hunting for exact matching pairs.
