Why this table earns its place
This is a banqueting table sized to do a specific job well: seat six people along a 1830mm (6ft) length, then fold away when the room needs to be something else. The frame is stainless steel, the top is ABS in grey, and it arrives fully assembled — no fixings to sort through before the first event.
Durability is the point of building a table this way. A steel frame under an ABS top shrugs off the daily knocks of repeated setup and breakdown far better than a domestic table would, and the top wipes clean quickly between sittings — useful when the same table is doing lunch, a meeting and an evening function in the same day.
Being a folding table, it collapses flat for transport and storage between events, which matters as much as the seating itself once the event's over — a stack of folded 6ft tables takes a fraction of the back-of-house space that the same tables would standing. At 12.3kg it's light enough for one person to fold, carry and put away without help.
