Why this benche earns its place
Bench seating earns its place wherever you need to seat a lot of people without a lot of fuss, and this 4ft Gopak bench is built exactly for that. It's a rectangular bench with a metal frame and a plastic seat finished in a beech effect, standing 430mm tall on a 1200 x 330mm footprint — sized to sit neatly alongside a standard dining or trestle table run.
At 10kg it's light enough for staff to move and restack between sittings, and it goes together as a self-assembly build, which keeps delivery straightforward and means you're not paying for bulk you don't need in transit. The beech-effect finish gives it a warmer look than a bare plastic bench without the upkeep of real wood, and the frame does the structural work so the seat itself stays light.
It's specified for indoor use, which makes sense for a bench built around dining halls and function rooms rather than the beer garden — somewhere seating needs to go up fast, come down fast, and not take up much space in between.
