Why this high bar stool earns its place
Bolero's Bistro stools tap into the industrial aesthetic without sacrificing practicality. Built from galvanised steel with powder-coat finish, they handle high-traffic hospitality environments—bars, restaurant counters, outdoor beer gardens, café terraces. At 420 mm high, they're bar-stool height, positioning diners or drinkers comfortably at counter-level surfaces. The backrest is a genuine feature: it supports posture during service and differentiates these from backless bar stools, making them suitable for longer sits or meal occasions rather than quick stand-up drinks.
The construction is robust. Galvanised steel means corrosion resistance—particularly valuable if you're placing them outdoors seasonally or permanently in covered garden areas. The powder-coated finish adds colour and protects the metal beneath. Non-slip feet keep the stool stable on dining floors or patio surfaces, preventing accidental slides that frustrate staff and guests alike. At 5.65 kg per stool, they're moveable enough for staff to reposition for different layouts without strain.
Stackable design is built in: when you're closing for deep cleaning, refitting the space, or rotating stock, multiple stools stack compactly. Each pack comes as a 4-pack, so you can furnish a bar section or extend seating in stages. Self-assembly means you're not paying for pre-built overhead, and the straightforward construction makes it a real one-person or two-person job, not a specialist installation.
