Lincat's SmartVent range exists to solve a specific problem: a fully bespoke extraction canopy takes time to design, fabricate and fit, and costs accordingly. The Smart Vent System is Lincat's answer — a cost-effective alternative to a fully bespoke ventilation system, built to sit over a cooking line and do the same job without the custom lead time.
This 1600mm version is sized to cover a run of equipment up to that width, standing 740mm high and 1200mm deep in stainless steel throughout, finished silver. Stainless steel is the standard here for good reason — it's the material commercial kitchens are built around because it's hygienic, corrosion-resistant and straightforward to keep clean under constant heat and grease. At 85kg, it's a serious, permanent fixture rather than something to reposition, so it wants proper wall or ceiling mounting as part of the install.
It's backed by 2 years parts and labour warranty from Lincat, which gives a kitchen fit-out some real cover on a piece of equipment that's expected to run daily for years without being swapped out.
