The Roller Grill Premium VC DR FE147 is a double ribbed contact grill from the Roller Grill Vitro Ceramic range. It uses an infrared heating system built for energy efficient cooking, and the manufacturer says it reaches 230°C in 90 seconds while halving the overall power.
Its smooth glass plates are designed to transfer heat directly to the food, which helps speed up service and supports the healthier cooking style Roller Grill describes. The same technology is also said to reduce smoke and smell, and the unit is styled for front-of-house use.
