The Roller Grill Premium VC DFT FE149 is a double flat contact grill built around Roller Grill’s vitro ceramic infrared heating system. It is designed to bring fast, energy-efficient cooking to the kitchen, with the manufacturer stating that it reaches 230°C in 90 seconds and halves the overall power.
Its smooth glass plates are made for direct heat transfer to food, which helps the cooking process move quickly. Roller Grill also describes the result as healthier cooking, with reduced smoke and smell, and the unit is styled for front-of-house use.
