The Prince Castle NCG8-F MultiFlex contact grill is designed for high-performance cooking in a compact footprint. The manufacturer says the design was developed from the operational needs of food service partners worldwide, and that testing of over 2 million cycles supports its reliability and consistent operation.
Its parallel platen design uses two heated plates to speed up cooking and grilling while also giving you easy pressing and uniform heating during the cook cycle. Because each plate is independently controlled, the unit can also work as a compact griddle, so it can handle items such as chicken breast and bacon when you do not want to fire up a larger grill.
The unit is stainless steel, silver and built for plug-in use at 230V with a 2800W input. It measures 293 mm wide, 588 mm deep and 677 mm high, weighs 20 kg gross, and includes a removable drip tray and smooth exterior that make cleaning simpler.
