The BLIZZARD Double Contact Grill BRSCG2 is built for busy service where you want both top and bottom heat working together. It has stainless steel construction, cast iron plates and counter balanced top plates, giving it the feel of a serious contact grill rather than a light-duty press.
Its top plate is ribbed and the bottom plate is smooth, a useful combination when you want contact marks above and a flatter base below. The grill also includes LED indication lights, easy-to-use controls, a removable drip tray and rubber feet, so the everyday details are covered as well as the heating side.
