Why this toaster earns its place
The Dualit CD305 is a compact commercial toaster in a metallic silver finish, built from stainless steel and aluminium and sized at 220 x 260 x 210 mm. At 3.5 kg gross weight, it is easy to place on a service counter while still feeling like proper kit rather than a domestic add-on.
It is designed for 1 or 2 slices at a time and is rated at 1,200 W on a 230 V plug connection. The extra-wide 28 mm slots give it the flexibility to take larger items such as buns or teacakes, and it can also be used with the optional Dualit sandwich cage for hot toasted sandwiches.
The manual ejector lever keeps items warm until they are needed, while the mechanical timer gives the operator precise control over toasting. A high-lift mechanism helps remove smaller items safely, and the stainless steel cover makes the unit straightforward to clean between services.
