Why this veg prep machine earns its place
The Sammic CA-62 is designed to process large amounts of fruit and vegetables quickly and safely, with built-in safety features and a stainless steel motor base. It is made to save labour, improve workflow and deliver hygienic results.
This version comes with Disc Kit 1, which includes a 4 mm Julienne Disc, 4 mm Shredding Disc and 3 mm Curved Slicing Disc. That gives the machine a straightforward set of cuts ready from the outset.
It uses a three-phase two-speed motor and the dossier gives the speed range as 365/760 rpm. The unit is supplied without a plug and needs hardwiring, while the automatic hopper comes as standard with a 273 cm squared inlet for larger quantities.
