Why this veg prep machine earns its place
The Sammic CA-62 is designed to process large amounts of fruit and vegetables quickly and safely. It is built to save labour, speed up return on investment and give hygienic results, with built-in safety features to support the user in daily prep work.
It runs on a three-phase two-speed motor and the dossier gives the speed range as 365/730 rpm. The machine is supplied without a plug, so it requires hardwiring, and it uses a stainless steel motor base.
The automatic hopper comes as standard, with an inlet measuring 273 cm squared for larger quantities. Output is listed at up to 1000 kg/hour, and the machine is supplied without discs, although a complete selection of over 30 discs is available. A mashed potato accessory is also available as an option.
