Why this tomato slicer earns its place
The Prince Castle Tomato Saber 943-B is a manual tomato slicer designed for fast, effective, mess-free slicing. Because it does not need a power connection, it suits kitchens that want a simple slicing station without using a socket.
Its Perma-Tight blade cartridge is made to avoid the need for tightening or adjustment, so the slicer is set up to stay ready for use rather than being fiddled with between shifts. The cutting cartridges are factory pre-tensioned for maximum performance.
Made from aluminium and finished in silver, it is a compact manual unit that measures 216 mm wide, 465 mm deep and 237 mm high. It weighs 3.9 kg gross and comes with a 1 year light duty commercial warranty.
