Prince Castle 2×3 Double-Sided Extended Holding Bin EHB23ACE CZ992

With its generous 6x 1/3 size capacity, the EHB23ACE Prince Castle hot holding bin is a great solution for holding bulk quantities of quick-serve foods for longer. Incredibly easy to use, the EHB23ACE effectively keeps both fried and non-fried foods warm, whilst helping to retain the taste, texture and size of the food. This helps to reduce waste and queues – essential for fast-paced sites.

The Prince Castle holding bin really makes hot holding simple. With individually-controlled bins and timers, you get precise regulation of each food area – no need for separate heat lights or hotplates. And as the bins are double sided, the unit can be loaded by the kitchen staff on one side, and accessed by the servers on the other – significantly improving kitchen efficiency. The EHB23ACE also gives you the option to quickly change menu items for different times of the day, so you can quickly switch between services without fuss.
