Good food deserves storage that protects it properly and still looks presentable. These Vogue gold embossed vacuum pouches measure 200 × 300 mm and are supplied in a pack of 100, giving busy prep kitchens a practical stock of bags for portioning, storage and front-of-house display.
The PET construction is 72 microns thick, with a durable, leak-resistant build and an airtight seal that helps lock in flavour and moisture. The manufacturer says the pouches can keep food fresh for up to five times longer than traditional storage methods, while protecting taste, texture and nutrients from outside conditions.
They are suitable for most vacuum pack machines and compatible with any standard vacuum sealer, so they fit neatly into a familiar packing routine. The premium gold finish is useful when a sealed portion needs to look as good on display as it does in storage. They are not suitable for sous vide cooking.
