These Vogue Gold chamber vacuum pouches are made for tidy, protected food storage with a finish smart enough for front-of-house display. Each pouch measures 150 x 350mm and the pack contains 100 pouches, giving busy prep teams a reliable supply for day-to-day packing.
They are suitable for chamber vacuum pack machines and chamber vacuum sealers. Once sealed, the airtight barrier helps retain flavour, moisture and the quality of the contents. The 72-micron PET construction is strong, durable and leak resistant, while the manufacturer says the bags can keep food fresh for up to five times longer than traditional storage methods.
Use them for deli meats, confectionery, prepared vegetables or leftovers when you need food protected from outside conditions and clearly presented. They are not suitable for sous vide cooking.
