Why this vacuum pack machine earns its place
The Multivac C200 is a vacuum packing machine recommended for use with waterbaths, where a secure seal matters because the pouch needs to stay sealed and the waterbath needs to stay uncontaminated. Its double seam and sever closure are there for exactly that job, giving the machine a very specific place in a serious prep process.
It also brings repeatability to the table with a programmable control panel that lets vacuum levels for different products be pre-stored.
