Why this stick blender earns its place
This is a proper combi pack rather than a single-purpose stick blender. The Master range unit arrives with both an emulsifying blade and a high quality whisk attachment, so one machine can cover a wide spread of prep jobs.
The attachments and shafts are designed to interchange easily, which matters when you want to switch quickly between blending, mixing, puréeing, whisking, mashing and emulsifying. That also helps when the job is done and the machine needs cleaning and maintenance.
Power comes from a 220-240V plug connection and a 600 W motor running at 3,000 rpm. The handheld body is aluminium and stainless steel, finished in orange, and it weighs 4.5 kg, so it is compact enough to move around the prep area without feeling flimsy.
