Why this shaft earns its place
This is a replacement shaft for Chefmaster's HEA505 motor unit. At 450mm, it's the longer of two shaft options and handles full-tank mixes up to 75 litres — typical for large soups, sauces or stock. Stainless steel resists corrosion from acidic ingredients and dishwasher cycles, and the longer reach is essential when you're working in tall pots, stockpots or mixing vessels.
The shaft bolts directly into the HEA505 motor housing. Chefmaster's heavy-duty range is built for continuous service in commercial kitchens, so the shaft is built to take repeated load and daily immersion.
