Why this shaft earns its place
This is a replacement shaft for Chefmaster's HEA505 motor unit. At 370mm, it's the shorter of two shaft options and handles batches up to 50 litres — typical for medium soups, sauces or collis work. Stainless steel resists corrosion and survives daily dishwasher cleaning, making it reliable for busy kitchens that run the motor several times a service.
The shaft fits the HEA505 motor housing directly. Use this length if your mixing vessels are under 45 cm tall or if you're making smaller batches that don't need the extra reach of the 450mm shaft. Chefmaster's heavy-duty range is engineered for continuous use in commercial kitchens.
