Why this planetary mixer earns its place
The BLIZZARD FMX20 is a stainless steel planetary mixer with a silver exterior finish and a 20 litre bowl capacity. It measures 505 x 550 x 755 mm and weighs 80 kg, so it sits between the smallest and largest machines in the range on size and output.
It includes three speed settings, a lever-operated bowl lift, a safety stop function and a bowl guard. The mixer is supplied with a stainless steel bowl, wire whisk, dough hook and beater, which gives you the main attachments straight out of the box.
The bowl size is 300 x 320 mm, the maximum flour capacity is 5 kg and the maximum dough capacity is 8 kg. That makes the FMX20 suitable when you need more capacity than a small bench mixer but do not need the heaviest batch size.
