Why this food processor earns its place
The Taurus Rowzer Plus is designed around a single brilliant idea: a high-precision blade spinning at 2,000 rpm shaves micro-thin layers off deep-frozen food, turning ice-hard ingredients into silky mousse, sorbet, or sauce in seconds. Unlike a blender, which heats and breaks down texture, the Rowzer's shaving action keeps everything at the perfect serving temperature — finished portions come out ready to plate, no thawing, no temperature loss.
The workflow is straightforward. Freeze your base (meat, fish, fruit, veg) to −22°C for at least 24 hours in the beaker, then attach the beaker to the Rowzer, select your portion count, and press start. The blade does the work; twenty seconds later, you have five, ten, or twenty individual portions of ultra-smooth texture, depending on what you ask. Unused contents stay frozen solid in the beaker — return it to the freezer and come back whenever you need more. That workflow fits high-end kitchens perfectly: prep once, portion on demand throughout service.
At 190mm wide and 475mm tall, the Rowzer occupies barely a corner of your pass. The 240V single-phase power means you can plug it in almost anywhere — no three-phase complications. This model includes two beakers, which suits small teams, specialist dessert businesses, or chefs working with a single signature frozen item. Two bases let you work with one main item and one experiment or seasonal special, all without taking up kitchen real estate. The blade design and high-pressure air circulation system open up real possibilities: ultra-light mousses, fine patés, vegetable concentrates, herb-infused blends, ice creams, sorbets.
