Why this product earns its place
The Taurus Mycook is the answer to clutter: one appliance replaces a mixer, blender, processor, and stovetop sauté station. An 800W motor drives 10 mixing speeds plus Turbo, while a separate 1000W induction heater reaches cooking temperature in half the time of traditional methods. The motor and heating element sit in separate chambers, so your bowl and blades never overheat — they stay in control throughout continuous work. Three 2-litre triple-wall stainless steel and aluminium bowls come induction-coated and fitted with lids, measuring caps, and the quick-release blade hub that dismantles without tools.
The four-knife stainless steel blade assembly cuts, grinds, emulsifies and kneads with equal confidence. It's not just a blender: the Mycook genuinely cooks. You can sauté vegetables, light fry, grind, knead dough, emulsify sauces — 15 distinct processes across a single footprint. The separated motor design means you're not heating the motor while you cook, so runtime is clean and safe. Supplied with butterfly mixing paddle and spatula, plus a cookbook on DVD to get you started.
Compact at 350mm wide × 270mm deep × 290mm high and weighing just 7.8 kg, the Mycook sits on any prep counter. At 240V single phase, it's a straightforward electrical connection. Whether you're doing high-volume soup work, batch grinding spice mixes and bases, kneading test batches, or emulsifying dressing and sauce bases, this is genuine kitchen consolidation.
