Why this bar blender earns its place
The Buffalo CY140 is a versatile, powerful bar blender for food preparation, supplied with a 2.5 litre BPA-free jug and a sound enclosure for quieter blending. It is designed to do the same core job as a bigger machine, but in a smaller, lighter package.
At 535 x 240 x 306 mm and 6 kg gross weight, it is the more compact of the two Buffalo blenders in this batch. That makes it easier to position on a bar counter or prep area where space is tight and you still need a proper trade blender.
The machine is built from stainless steel and plastic, finished in black, and runs from a 220/240V plug connection. The 10,000 rpm motor speed gives you a concrete throughput figure to work with when you are planning service.
