The HEG694 runs at 3,000 rpm, more than double the speed of squeeze-action juicers, to extract juice at 120 kg per hour — nearly three times the output of reciprocating models. Centrifugal action separates juice and pulp in one pass, so there's no slow squeeze cycle. The stainless steel collector with integral spout fills containers continuously without sloshing or re-handling.
The stainless steel filter basket catches pulp, and a safety thermal cutoff protects the motor if fruit backs up or continuous runtime approaches motor limits. This juicer is specified for high-volume commercial kitchens running sustained service — breakfast counters, juice bars, hotel room-service operations.
