It uses a stainless steel hopper, precision gear drive and an energy efficient motor with a cooling fan, giving it the kind of build and drive you want when mincing is a regular job rather than an occasional one.
Its size 22 format, 550W motor and 140 rpm motor speed are paired with the manufacturer-stated output of up to 130 kg of meat per hour. That makes the machine a straightforward fit for kitchens and prep rooms that need to move through meat quickly and consistently.
The reverse function is a practical addition when you are working with particularly coarse or fatty meats and need to clear a clog without slowing service down. The machine is also supplied with 6 mm and 8 mm mincing discs, plus three sausage stuffer nozzles and an adapter for added flexibility.
